Are small surface lines or textures normal?

Yes. Subtle surface lines are part of the 3D printing process and give each piece its unique character. They are not considered defects.

What material are your products made from?

All pieces are 3D printed using plant-based PLA, a bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch.

PLA is considered a more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics, as it is made from renewable raw materials and has a lower environmental footprint during production. However, PLA is still a form of plastic and should be handled and disposed of responsibly.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

No. Our products are not dishwasher safe.

PLA is sensitive to heat and high temperatures may cause deformation or surface changes. Please clean gently by hand using a soft cloth if needed.

Are the vases waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Each vase includes an internal sealing layer designed to help contain water. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and the properties of PLA, we cannot guarantee full waterproof performance over time.

There is always a potential risk of leakage, particularly if the vase is exposed to prolonged moisture, aging, mechanical stress, or improper handling.

For long-term use with fresh flowers, we recommend using a glass insert or liner as an additional safeguard.
