SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.

All pieces are produced in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping is available within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and will be confirmed before payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. INNA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each piece is produced in small batches and made to order.

Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
​
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
​
Minor surface variations are part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
