Welcome to INNA. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
INNA designs and produces 3D printed home objects in Canada. All products are made in small batches.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the order form on our website.
Submitting an order request does not constitute a confirmed purchase. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmed by INNA.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD.
Payment is accepted via e-transfer (Canada only).
Payment details will be sent by email after an order request is submitted. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
4. Production & Processing Time
All items are produced in small batches.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available within Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and confirmed before payment.
INNA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to small batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Minor surface variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
7. Product Information & Care
Our products are 3D printed using plant-based PLA derived from renewable resources such as corn starch.
PLA is heat-sensitive and not dishwasher safe.
While some vases include an internal sealing layer, full waterproof performance cannot be guaranteed over time. Prolonged exposure to moisture may result in leakage, particularly as products age or if not properly maintained. For long-term use with fresh flowers, we recommend using a glass insert or liner.
8. Limitation of Liability
INNA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Customers are responsible for proper handling and care of purchased items.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of INNA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
